This is a Contract loan processing position (1099) uncapped annual commission $60K + bonus competitive and attainable pay.

We provide you paid seats in our MS OFFICE 360, our Project (loan) Management software, and cloud share with E-Signing capabilities. We strive to Disclose, Process Conditions and Close our assigned loans <21 days. We email, text, and speak on the phone with all parties to the loan transaction.

This contract role is for the entrepreneur that still appreciates Team support! We offer a positive and fun atmosphere, can cover your desk for you when out, while you ramp up to a monthly pipeline of 15-20+ loans. A MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORTEXAS STATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED This isnot a Federal Registration NMLS number
English; speaking, reading, and writing
Spanish; speaking, reading, and writing
2+ years recent experience in the Broker world - not Retail
Physically located in Central or Eastern Time zones
Processing remotely from home with your equipment.
Be available to reach via phone, text, or Teams during the business hours you indicate.
