About the role

This role is focused on growth across enterprise and multi-site QSR customers. Working alongside our Sydney based VP, you'll help identify, engage and develop opportunities across major brands, large franchise groups and adjacent sectors, while building your own portfolio of opportunities and contributing to broader commercial strategy.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your capability in solution selling, stakeholder engagement and business development. As your experience grows, you'll take increasing ownership of opportunities and customer relationships. Time in market matters, so there can be expectations to attend site visits, demos, industry events and face-to-face engagement.

You'll be working with a combination of AI, software, hardware and customer-facing technology solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, business performance and customer experience.

Key areas of focus include:

Supporting our VP in building and managing a pipeline of opportunities
Proactively prospecting and engaging new customers
Supporting and contributing to larger enterprise opportunities
Engaging stakeholders across operations, digital, IT, marketing and customer experience functions
Running tailored demos and solution-based sales conversations
Closing new business opportunities and contributing to recurring revenue growth
Working closely with internal teams to align on strategy and delivery

About you

You're a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers solve problems. You're looking to take the next step in your career and further develop your capability in solution-based and complex B2B sales environments.

You’ll bring:

Experience in business development, account management, sales or customer-facing commercial roles
A genuine interest in technology and curiosity about how businesses use it to improve customer and operational outcomes
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders
Experience working with multi-site customers, franchise groups, retailers or other operationally complex environments will be highly regarded
Exposure to technology, SaaS, payments, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, customer experience or related industries will be highly regarded
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
