Family ReEntry is looking for anoffice assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks remotely. You will be handlingincomingphonecalls and other communications, as well asmanaging files,updatingpaperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Secretarialtasks such as answering incoming calls, handling daily mail andcoverage of the reception when needed.
Being in contact with the external partners, solving issues related to third party-service providers, landlords,running the office's daily life, coordinate planning and delivery time.
Help Office Management colleagues with catering for meetings and external guests if needed.
Assist the PR team: organizing events, requesting offers from various partners, insurance, etc.
Arranging travel, meetings and appointments for private and professional purposes (visitors, partners, etc.)

High school or equivalent
