Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures
Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
Coordinate and track progress of projects and initiatives
Facilitate communication between various internal teams
Conduct research and collect data to support decision-making processes
Assist with financial management tasks including budgeting and expense tracking

Proven experience in operations or a similar role

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs/Sheets and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and acquire new skills
Knowledge of financial management systems and processes
