Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance and Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day finance and administrative operations. The role includes managing payments, assisting with treasury tasks, supporting HR-related processes, and coordinating with external accountants. This is a remote role suited for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. Candidates must be based in Lisbon or the surrounding area, as occasional in-person meetings or document handling may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage payments to suppliers, service providers, and employees.
Monitor cash balances and assist with treasury control and planning.
Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts and digital payment platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update internal tracking systems for payments, invoices, and cash flow.
Coordinate with external accounting and payroll providers to ensure timely delivery of required information and documents.
Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding documentation, leave tracking, and personnel file management.
Assist in compiling documentation for audits and financial reporting.
Handle administrative support tasks related to finance, contracts, and compliance.

2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting support, or administrative roles.
Solid understanding of payment processing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, )
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks autonomously.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
Residence in Lisbon or Greater Lisbon area.
