Excel Total Business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant (Crypto) to join our team. As a Purchasing Assistant (Crypto), you will play a critical role in managing our cryptocurrency purchasing processes. In this role, you will work with our finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of cryptocurrency transactions and assist in maintaining accurate records related to cryptocurrency holdings and purchases.

Responsibilities

Assist in the purchasing and selling of cryptocurrency, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Monitor cryptocurrency markets and trends, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Work closely with the finance and accounting team to reconcile cryptocurrency transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Manage relationships with cryptocurrency exchanges and other vendors, ensuring seamless execution of transactions.
Assist in the development of cryptocurrency purchasing strategies and policies, considering risk management and regulatory compliance.
Stay informed about the latest developments and changes in the cryptocurrency industry, including market trends, regulations, and security measures.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptocurrency purchasing into existing systems and processes.
Support the preparation of reports and analysis related to cryptocurrency holdings and transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Prior experience in purchasing or managing cryptocurrency transactions is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including knowledge of different cryptocurrencies and exchanges.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends, assess risk, and make informed purchasing decisions.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and its impact on cryptocurrency transactions.
Proficiency in using cryptocurrency wallets, trading platforms, and other related technologies.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records related to cryptocurrency holdings and transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications or courses related to cryptocurrency and blockchain are desirable.
