The Challenge You’ll Tackle 🧩

What makes math practice addictive? We’re cracking this puzzle by blending adaptive learning with game design principles. You’ll be designing for students who typically groan at the thought of math practice — your mission is to create such compelling practice flows that students can’t help but say “sine me up!”. We’re looking for a senior product designer who can:

Make math practice feel less like studying and more like mastering a skill you love
Craft micro-interactions that make every correct answer feel like a victory
Build user flows around momentum-building activity loops, making each challenge feed naturally into the next
