We’re seeking driven, tech-savvy individuals to join our operations and technology team atEvvolve & Partners as aFull Stack Developer Intern. This role focuses on building and maintaining custom internal tools to streamline workflows, improve data integration, and optimize automation. Core Responsibilities
Internal Tools Development

Design and develop full-stack web applications for lead management, outreach, and campaign tracking.
Build and maintain seamless integrations between CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools.
Optimize or replace existing automation workflows with scalable, robust solutions.
Create intuitive front-end interfaces and reliable backend systems to support team operations.
Troubleshoot, test, and deploy new features to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Required Background

Hands-on experience in full-stack development (through internships, personal projects, or coursework).
Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Next js or Vue.js).
Knowledge of backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Ruby) and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
Experience working with APIs and creating integration workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members.
