Oversee the investment and risk integrity of our digital asset portfolios, in line with expectations
Source, analyse and execute private and public digital asset investments across the globe
Identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and deal execution during the process
Develop trading services for liquid strategies and staking products for professional investors, HWNI and family offices for broker dealers.
Handle the whole project life cycle from idea generation through implementation and performance measures and KPI generation/reporting
Lead the team in structuring and managing exits
Actively build partnerships and networks with target prospect in our ecosystem globally.

At least 5-7 years experiences in wealth management with recent experience within the digital asset industry
Strong digital asset product knowledge and strong institutional network (private banks, asset managers).
Prior experience and a proven track record in driving business strategies
Enjoy working in a team environment with leadership capability
Strong time management and workload management skills
CFA or equivalent qualification
Candidate with more experience will consider as Chief Investment Officer
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
