The Content & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in elevating our company’s marketing presence across all channels. As our dedicated marketing professional, you will lead the execution of marketing activities, create high-quality content, manage events, and coordinate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you will produce engaging content that highlights our expertise in talent assessment, people analytics, skills development, vocational guidance, and self-discovery tools. You will help tell the story of how data-driven insights support better people's decisions in organizations and empower individuals to discover their strengths and career paths.

You will work closely with our brands evalion-shl.com and myorama.io, collaborate actively with our external marketing agency, and manage the day-to-day communication flow across teams. This position is ideal for a mid-level marketer who loves content creation, event coordination, and bringing ideas to life through structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Campaign Management

Execute and coordinate marketing activities across all channels (success stories, case studies, content, social, email marketing, events)
Organize and manage company events, webinars, workshops, and school/university presentations (event planning is a core requirement)
Create compelling content for websites, presentations, newsletters, PDFs, and social media
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agency partners and manage deliverables
Collaborate closely with internal teams across Evalion-SHL and MyOrama to gather insights and prioritize marketing needs
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and automations (HubSpot)
Monitor campaign performance and support analytics and reporting
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualities

2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
Proven event planning and event coordination experience (this is mandatory)
Proficiency in Canva for creating: Presentations, Success Stories and Case Studies, Social media material, PDFs and brochures, Email marketing

Experience with HubSpot, especially: Marketing automation, CRM workflows

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Ability to effectively coordinate between internal teams and external partners
Creative mindset with enthusiasm for content creation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms quickly
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships

Nice to Have

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
Interest in people science, HR technology, organizational psychology, or vocational guidance
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences including business professionals, educators, and individuals seeking personal development
Understanding of different audience needs (B2B vs. individual consumers, corporate clients vs. educational institutions)

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Additional marketing certifications (HubSpot, Google, etc.) are a plus
