Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct market research to understand property values and trends.
Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
Obtain and keep track of all relevant documentation for real estate transactions.
Assist in the staging of properties for showings and open houses.
Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.
Take part in developer Kiosks
Take part in International Road shows and sell to repeat company clients/ investors
Work across secondary and Off plan markets

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
Immediate Joiners / Abu Dhabi Located or commutable.
Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
