We are seeking an experienced In-House Lawyer specializing in Thai Property Law to join our team at Anannda Life Samui Co. Ltd. As an In-House Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on all property-related matters within the company. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing property contracts, conducting due diligence on property acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and resolving any property disputes that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Thai Property Law, with at least 5 years of experience working as a lawyer in this field. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential in this role. Law degree from a recognized university
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a lawyer, specializing in Thai Property Law
Excellent knowledge of Thai property laws, regulations, and procedures
Experience in drafting and reviewing property contracts
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in conducting due diligence on property acquisitions
Ability to resolve property disputes and provide legal advice and guidance
Membership in the Thai Bar Association is preferred
