About the Role:

We're seeking dynamic Bilingual Student Recruitment Specialists to join our growing education team! As a key member of ESL with James, you'll play a vital role in connecting prospective students with life-changing English language programs. This remote, territory-based position offers unlimited earning potential for motivated education professionals.

What You'll Do:

Generate and pursue student leads through various outreach channels

Conduct intake consultations and guide prospects through enrollment

Build meaningful relationships with potential students and their families

Work independently to meet and exceed enrollment targets

Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual proficiency (English + additional language preferred)

Education background with recruitment or admissions experience

Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Requirements

This opportunity is forindependent contractors who wish to collaborate with ESL with James on a flexible, commission-based basis. It is not an employment relationship.

To be successful in this role, we recommend the following qualifications:

✅Language Skills

Bilingual proficiency required (English + one additional language preferred)
Clear written and verbal communication in both languages

✅Professional Background

Experience in education, recruiting, sales, admissions, marketing, or customer outreach is helpful but not required
Familiarity with working with multicultural or multilingual communities is a plus

✅Work Style

Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule as an independent contractor
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Organized and proactive in managing outreach and follow-up

✅Tools & Technology

Comfortable using email, messaging apps, and basic CRM tools (training provided if needed)
Willingness to learn basic email and chat outreach techniques (sequencing, follow-up)

✅Networking & Outreach

Willingness to use LinkedIn and/or professional social media for outreach (optional but encouraged — not required)

✅General

Must be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence
If conducting local outreach, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be helpful

Contractors are free to determine how, when, and where they perform services, subject to applicable law and mutual agreement on scope of collaboration.
No fixed hours or guaranteed income is offered or implied.

Competitive commission structure: $65-$110 per student enrollment into live programs. First payout after 5 enrollments or 30 days, then weekly payments thereafter. Commission payments align with student payment schedules for installment plans.
