Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases for our accounting software.
Execute manual and automated testing procedures to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on functionality.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Perform regression testing to ensure changes do not adversely affect existing features.
Analyze test results and report findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the accounting sector.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
