Remote Order Processor (Automotive) – Full-Time

We areEnet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company specializing in OEM and aftermarket automotive parts across North America.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedOrder Processor to join our team remotely. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily orders from eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer information
Check inventory availability and coordinate alternatives if needed
Prepare shipping labels and invoices
Track shipments and assist with delivery issues
Manage returns and refunds (RMA process)
Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM systems
Provide daily order summaries
Working Hours

Full-time
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – Toronto)

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Automotive parts knowledge or willingness to learn

Compensation

Starting at$1,000 CAD per month
Paid biweekly
Performance-based review after 3 months
