About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of Deep Insight. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in driving the early-stage sales process by identifying opportunities and crafting compelling materials to showcase the value of our platform to potential clients.

Responsibilities

Expand the Prospect Account Base:
- Identify and target new business opportunities to broaden the customer base.
Demonstrate Technical Fit:
- Support efforts to showcase the technical compatibility of Deep Insight to potential clients.
Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with the team to implement solution selling strategies within the prospect account base.
Create Powerful Presentations and Demos:
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Deep Insight.
Client Needs Communication:
- Effectively communicate client needs to the development team to drive future product enhancements.

Qualifications

Background in Oil & Gas (Preferred):
- A foundational understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Enterprise Sales Experience:
- Some experience in enterprise sales, showcasing a proven ability to drive business growth.

Technology

Our work differs from your standard software engineering role you’d be accustomed to. You will get to build the backend for next generation auto-design and auto-optimisation software for process engineering applications. This requires not just strong software skills but also first principles thinking to solve engineering problems. The code contributed to will be use and relied on by engineers to deliver higher performing physical assets that have a real impact on the energy supply chain. You’ll get to work closely with our users and form productive working relationships.

Interview Process

Initial Chat

Initial chat (<15 minutes): This stage is a more informal call to meet, for you to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you.

Skills and Industry Knowledge Interview

Based on the initial chat if we think there could be a good fit, we will schedule an interview (1 hours). We'll ask more general questions to assess your industry knowledge, understanding of the sales process, and past experience in enterprise sales. If you have experience in oil & gas, we'll also ask questions on this topic. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions you have.

Fit interview

Regular Interview (1 hour) - A final touch point before we make an offer. We'll ask more general questions to get to know you better and your alignment with Endla's vision. You'll also get another chance to ask any more questions you have.
