As a NetSuite Developer at Empowering Tech, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system. As a NetSuite Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions within NetSuite. You will be responsible for designing and developing customizations, workflows, and scripts to optimize system performance. Additionally, you will provide technical support to end-users and ensure data integrity and security within the system.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Design, develop, and implement custom scripts and workflows using SuiteScript to automate business processes.

• Develop and maintain SuiteFlow workflows to streamline and enhance business operations.

• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other APIs.

• Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between integrated systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

• Provide technical support for NetSuite users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and optimizations.

• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system security and performance. •

Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics.

• Provide insights and analytics to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure accuracy and relevance of all reports and data extracts.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference.

• Provide training and support to users on custom solutions and new features.

• Stay updated with NetSuite releases and new features.

• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.

• Implement best practices in NetSuite development and customization.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a NetSuite Developer

• Strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and other web development technologies.

• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• NetSuite Developer Certification is a plus.
