Role Summary

We are searching for an enthusiastic and seasoned Technical Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to tap into talent pools within the tech industry, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Who You Are

Experienced Recruiter: Minimum of 3 years in tech sector recruitment with a proven track record of quickly filling niche tech roles and achieving recruitment targets.
Skilled Communicator: Equipped with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse pool of candidates and stakeholders.
Industry Savvy: Adept in understanding the tech industry’s evolving trends, job markets, and talent pools.
Tech Proficient:Proficient in using specific recruitment software (e.g., ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter) and social media platforms for efficient talent sourcing and branding.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment process are handled meticulously.
