Role Summary

We are looking for a B2B marketer who wants to help build the marketing engine and run the campaigns that operate on it.

This is a hybrid role combiningmarketing operations, AI-enabled workflows, demand generation, and pipeline marketing. You will help us build and continuously improve the infrastructure, processes, and workflows behind our B2B marketing, while also owning campaigns that use that infrastructure to generate and progress pipeline.

You are comfortable moving between strategy, systems, data, and execution. One day, you might be improving lead scoring logic or building an AI-enabled workflow. The next, you might be creating a landing page, writing an email nurture sequence, launching a campaign, or analyzing funnel performance to determine what to optimize next.

You are curious about how AI and automation can make marketing teams faster and more effective, but you also know that technology is only useful when it improves execution and business outcomes. You are comfortable experimenting, testing new approaches, and continuously evolving how marketing gets done.

We are scaling our enterprise B2B business across multiple international markets, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia, Japan, and Brazil. Our go-to-market motion today is primarily sales-led, which means building a strong inbound engine, supporting enterprise sales, and creating effective pre- and post-event engagement programs are critical priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute B2B campaigns across the funnel, from initial engagement and inbound demand through lead nurturing and pipeline creation.
Help build and continuously improve an AI-native marketing operating model, using AI, automation, and connected workflows to make campaign execution, reporting, and optimization more effective.
Work hands-on with AI-enabled tools and workflows, helping identify, test, and implement new ways of working across the marketing function.
Partner closely with Marketing Operations to maximize the use of HubSpot and ensure marketing processes, data, automation, and campaign workflows work effectively together.
Own and continuously improve lead management and scoring logic across inbound, events, paid media, and other demand sources, ensuring the right signals and leads reach Sales at the right time.
Design, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across channels including email, paid media, organic social, search, retargeting, and other relevant channels.
Build and optimize landing pages and campaign journeys, working with our global content lead on core assets while also being comfortable creating campaign copy yourself.
Develop email nurture, event follow-up, and other outreach programs, including exploring channels such as WhatsApp where appropriate for the market and audience.
Build the inbound marketing engine as an increasingly important source of qualified demand and pipeline.
Support enterprise events with integrated pre-event engagement, attendee nurturing, and post-event follow-up programs designed to turn event activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Sales and Revenue leadership to align targeting, lead management, campaign priorities, and pipeline goals.
Create campaign briefs, define hypotheses and success metrics, track performance, and continuously test and optimize campaigns.
Build and maintain practical funnel and campaign reporting that helps the team understand what is working, what is not, and where to invest next.
Support B2B pipeline creation across priority markets, with a particular focus on Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and Brazil, while supporting additional markets as priorities evolve.
Collaborate with regional marketing leads to adapt global campaigns and programs for local market needs.
Work with local teams, freelancers, Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations to turn strategy into effective execution.

What You Will Have

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, enterprise technology, HR tech, or another complex B2B environment.
Experience spanning both marketing operations and hands-on demand generation or pipeline marketing.
A strong understanding of sales-led enterprise B2B go-to-market motions and how Marketing contributes to pipeline creation and progression.
Hands-on experience building and executing integrated campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, organic social, search, retargeting, events, and inbound.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, including workflows, lead management, segmentation, scoring, and reporting.
Strong interest in using AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve how marketing teams operate and execute.
Experience experimenting with AI-enabled tools and workflows, with the ability to assess where AI creates genuine value rather than adopting technology for technology's sake.
Experience creating campaign assets such as landing pages, email sequences, nurture programs, and campaign copy, either independently or in collaboration with content specialists.
A practical understanding of funnel measurement, attribution, GA4, UTM tracking, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
Experience working with performance media platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, either directly or through agencies.
Experience partnering closely with Sales on account targeting, lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline creation.
Strong analytical thinking combined with a willingness to execute hands-on.
A test-and-learn mindset: you form hypotheses, measure results, learn quickly, and improve continuously.
Comfortable working across multiple markets and collaborating with global and regional teams.
Working proficiency in written and spoken English.

You will thrive in this role if

You do not see marketing operations and campaign execution as separate worlds.
You enjoy building systems, but you also want responsibility for the outcomes those systems enable. You are equally interested in improving a lead scoring model, creating an AI-enabled workflow, launching an inbound campaign, writing an email sequence, and figuring out why a campaign did or did not create pipeline.
You are comfortable operating in an environment where the marketing technology stack and AI workflows will continue to evolve. You do not expect the infrastructure to ever be "finished." You test, learn, improve, and keep building.
Most importantly, you care about connecting marketing activity to meaningful commercial outcomes, not simply generating more activity.
