Elder Care Homecare is seeking a dynamic Nursing Coordinator. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York and Connecticut with additional expansion planned within the next year. This role is remote based in Davao Region.

Elder Care has been in operation for over seven years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two. As a Nursing Coordinator, you will be responsible for connecting our in-office team members with our clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will love learning and taking on new challenges, have excellent organizational skills, have previous experience working in an office setting, and enjoy teamwork. Responsibilities:

Scheduling our in-office team members’ administrative duties; including nurses and social workers
Optimize team members availability
Confirm schedules weekly with both team members and clients
Communicate schedule changes with appropriate team members
Organize necessary documentation in appropriate programs
Communicate with the Director of Operations regarding priorities and needs
Connect with HR Dept. regarding Caregiver's performance and employment
Review each team’s schedule weekly to identify gaps and/or overlaps
Assist in the support and growth of our team
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Periodic On-Call Support for our After Hours Manager

What We're Looking For:

1+ years experience in Coordination with a Homecare Agency
Proficiency with ClearCare/WellSky Software is a plus!
Must have experience working the graveyard shift and be willing to work EST hours
History of being efficient and organized
Enjoys working and brainstorming with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600,000.00 - Php700,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
