Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily office operations and correspondence within the religious institution.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for leadership and staff members.
Maintain and update filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents.
Prepare and distribute communications, including emails, newsletters, and memos.
Assist in the planning and execution of events and programs aligned with the institution's mission.
Support financial administration tasks such as invoice processing, budgeting assistance, and expense tracking.
Serve as a liaison between the organization, vendors, and community members, fostering positive relationships.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within religious or nonprofit organizations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
