We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Canvasser to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively engage with potential customers by knocking on doors within assigned neighborhoods or territories. The goal is to generate sales leads, gather valuable information about customer needs, and create opportunities for our sales representatives to follow up and convert leads into customers.

Door-to-Door Canvassing:
Conduct door-to-door visits within designated neighborhoods or territories.
Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our products/services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers interested in our products/services.
Gather relevant information, such as contact details, needs, and preferences, to create quality leads.
Product/Service Knowledge:
Stay informed about the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products/services offered by the company.
Effectively communicate this information to potential customers during canvassing.
Relationship Building:
Build rapport with potential customers to create a positive impression of the company.
Address inquiries and concerns professionally, providing accurate information about our offerings.
Data Collection:
Record accurate and detailed information about each interaction and lead in the provided systems or databases.
Provide regular reports on canvassing activities, successes, and challenges.
Coordination with Sales Team:
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule follow-up appointments for interested leads.
Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition of leads from canvassing to sales representatives.
Goal Achievement:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets set by the sales management.
Continuously strive to improve personal performance and contribute to overall team success.

Working Conditions:

This is a field-based role requiring extensive outdoor activities.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with the availability of potential customers.
Must have reliable transportation.
