We’re looking for a to lead our financial strategy and drive the company’s growth. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with the executive team to shape business decisions, manage financial risks, and ensure we’re on track to meet our goals. You’ll oversee everything from budgeting and forecasting to compliance and financial reporting while leading a high-performing finance team.

You will be responsible for:

-Own the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning.

-Advise the CEO and leadership team on key financial decisions and business growth opportunities.

-Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

-Manage cash flow, risk, and investment strategies to support growth.

-Build and lead a strong finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

-Oversee audits, tax, and financial operations while optimizing processes for efficiency.

-Work with external partners like auditors, banks, and investors.

-5+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

-Strong background in financial planning, risk management, and compliance.

-Hands-on experience with Xero (must), ERP systems, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

-Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.

-Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

-High attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture.

-Bonus: CPA/CFA, experience in e-commerce or logistics, or Mandarin proficiency.
