Responsibilities

Enter project data into the company database accurately and in a timely manner
Assist project managers with documentation and data management
Maintain and organize electronic and physical project files
Review and verify the accuracy of project data before entry
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary project information
Generate reports related to project status and metrics
Support the project team in administrative tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the construction industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
