About the role / what you will do:

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include driving growth initiatives, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence globally

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with companies in the web3 and gaming sectors to enhance our ecosystem

Business Development: Collaborate with other businesses to explore and develop new opportunities

Investor Relations: Represent the company at industry networking events and cultivate strategic relationships with venture capital and angel investors

Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key and potential investors, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of their needs, expectations, and objectives. Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, media, developers, and community influencers to promote our company

Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine our strategic approach accordingly

Reporting: Provide regular reports on the progress of BD initiatives, including key performance indicators, project milestones, and financial results

Responsibilities:

- Enhance current and prospective partners' understanding of Dynasty Studios' pioneering role in the web3 game industry

-Stay updated on web3/NFT/crypto industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge

-Build strong industry connections across various functions

-Develop an analytical mindset to prioritize opportunities and identify top strategic partners for Dynasty Studios

-Collaborate with the PR and Marketing teams to craft compelling pitch narratives to attract leading investors

-Identify and target potential investors and partners across the industry, establishing initial contacts

-Manage the fundraising process with a strong focus on closing deals

-Assist co-founders in communicating with prospective clients and partners

-Qualify existing business development opportunities and see them through to completion

-Explore new growth strategies

-Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, VCs, partners, and KOLs within the web3 industry

-Collaborate with the CEO/Founders, Operations, Development, and Marketing teams to align business objectives and strategies

-Provide exceptional support and guidance to partners throughout the BD cycle, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term partnerships

Required skills that make you a good fit for the role

Hard skills:

-Over 2 years of experience and currently working in the gaming or web3 industries in a Corporate Development, Business Development, or Strategy role, with a proven track record of top performance

-Web3 native, with experience working with DeFi protocols

-Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements

-Exceptional ability to manage and track multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

-Proven track record of closing deals, and exceeding investment goals

-Familiarity with KOLs, VCs, media channels, and community engagement strategies

-Aptitude for conducting thorough research and analysis on new blockchain trends and technologies, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies for community growth and engagement.

-Full professional proficiency or native-level English; additional languages are a plus

-Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

-Ability to take accountability for achieving performance metrics

-Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a proactive mindset

-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clear and effective articulation

-A ready pipeline of investors looking to embrace the jump to web3

-Background in a tech startup Gaming enthusiast
