Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Provide accurate information about job openings and staffing solutions to clients and candidates.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
Assist in the onboarding process of new candidates by providing necessary information and resources.
Collaborate with recruiters to streamline the communication process between candidates and internal teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer service function to enhance efficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in staffing and recruiting or a related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
