### **About Duckie** Duckie lets customer support teams build their own AI support agents in minutes. With Duckie, support teams can translate their tasks and processes into predictable and reliable AI workflows that saves them time and money. Our customers use Duckie to handle a wide range of use cases across an array of industries. We’re backed by top-tier VCs, with participation from execs at Netflix and LinkedIn, and even our earliest customers. Traction’s been strong, and now we’re expanding our B2B sales motion to drive further revenue growth, target bigger customers, and build a repetitive sales motion. ### **What You’ll Own** This is a hands-on, early stage role. You’ll be working alongside the founders to build out a strong GTM motion. You can expect a high degree of ownership and responsibility as we work together to bring in new customers and drive revenue. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and move fast, this role’s for you. As we scale, you’ll grow into a leadership role shaped by what you build. You’ll **own** **everything GTM** — from top-of-funnel to closed deals. * Build outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like Dripify, Instantly, Apollo, and Clay * Spin up inbound channels (content, SEO, events, ads). You will run LinkedIn/Google ads, create engaging content for our ICPs, and drive organic growth. * Maintain and analyze our existing sales engine (Hubspot, pipeline tracking, conversion metrics) * Turn learnings into repeatable playbooks. As we grow, you will help build the GTM org ### **Who you are** You’re a GTM operator with an authentic passion for sales and a builder’s mindset. You want the early-stage chaos, the ownership, and a blank slate. * 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales at a Seed to Series B startup. You’ve built pipelines, closed deals, and brought real revenue. * Scrappy and resourceful — you test fast, learn faster, and figure out what works * Strong communicator — you write clearly and creatively, and have shipped campaigns, newsletters, or landing pages people actually clicked * Data-driven — you define KPIs, track performance, and make decisions grounded in metrics * You like hard problems and bring creative energy to solving them.
