Dozan is seeking ahighly experienced Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations with a strong focus on theadvertising and marketing sector, particularly incost management and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possessextensive expertise in Odoo ERP, specifically inAccounts Payable (AP) modules, and have a proven track record of at least10 years in accounting. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead daily accounting operations and supervise junior accountants.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and manage cost structures and budgets tailored to the advertising and marketing sector.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Provide financial insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage and optimize accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors for year-end audits and compliance reviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Odoo ERP.

10+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably in theadvertising and marketing industry.
Strong understanding ofcost management and financial reporting specific to marketing and advertising projects.
Advanced expertise inOdoo ERP, specificallyAP (Accounts Payable) modules.
Solid knowledge of tax regulations in Saudi Arabia and experience with compliance requirements.
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor and manage accounting teams.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certification such asCPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
