About the Opportunity

Our client,TwinEngines, is looking for a talentedFull Stack Software Developer to join its growing engineering team in Costa Rica.

This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys creating modern, cloud-connected applications that integrate ERP, CRM, AI, shop-floor systems, and mobile platforms to solve real business challenges within manufacturing, distribution, and industrial environments.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical applications while collaborating with engineering teams in both Costa Rica and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Windows, Web, and Mobile applications using.NET MAUI and Microsoft technologies.
Build cloud-connected solutions leveragingMicrosoft Azure and AI services.
Develop portals, shop-floor applications, collaboration tools, and mobile solutions.
Participate in solution architecture sessions to design scalable systems, processes, and data flows that enhance ERP capabilities.
Implement AI-powered features, including computer vision, OCR, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
Create dashboards and reporting solutions usingPower BI to support business decision-making.
Integrate applications withERP systems, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, CRM platforms, and third-party solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across Costa Rica and the U.S. to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives followingLean Agile methodologies.
