Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering end-to-end ERP solutions to clients, focusing on the financial aspects of their operations. The Finance Consultant will collaborate with client teams to understand their needs, capture functional requirements, and deliver high-quality financial solutions. This role will also involve continuous learning, contributing to both personal and team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for financial operations, including design, configuration, testing, training, migration, post go-live support, and reporting.

• Specialize in financial areas such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within Dynamics 365.

• Work closely with client teams to gather business requirements, manage expectations, and deliver results.

• Capture functional financial requirements and create blueprints to optimize system configurations.

• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables, focusing on system and functional testing.

• Provide ongoing support and advice post-implementation to ensure financial processes are aligned with business needs and industry’s best practices.

• Engage in continuous training and certification on Microsoft technologies and ERP solutions to stay current with industry advancements.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience in implementing ERP finance solutions

• In-depth experience in financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

• Strong capability in capturing functional requirements and creating financial blueprints.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing project environments.

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with MS SQL Server and Business Intelligence tools for financial analysis.

• Previous experience with system migrations or integrations.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
