Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with students and parents to update them on progress and address any concerns or challenges.

Encourage students' critical thinking skills and foster a positive learning environment that promotes confidence in their abilities.
Collaborate with other tutors and educational staff to share best practices and resources for student success.

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field; teaching certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a tutor or in a teaching role, preferably in an online setting.
Strong understanding of curriculum standards and educational practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles.
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and educational technology tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students and subjects effectively.
