📌What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the design system to support complex reporting workflows (multi-step data entry, file parsing, AI output editing, validation flows, etc.).

Design user interfaces for advanced data operations: extraction, transformation, AI mapping, bulk editing, and regulatory report generation.

Map and optimise user journeys across different regulatory reporting types, jurisdictions (FCA, ESMA, SEC), and reporting periods (quarterly/annual).

Build scalable design patterns for tables, structured/unstructured file inputs, inline data corrections, and rule-based automation UX.

Translate complex requirements (e.g. regulatory rules, jurisdictional differences, financial data structures) into intuitive, task-focused UI.

Conduct internal testing sessions, collect team feedback, and iterate fast on product-level decisions.

5+ years of product design experience, ideally in data-heavy or B2B SaaS platforms

High proficiency in Figma and modern component-based design practices
