D2X is a regulated crypto derivatives exchange for institutions, based in the Netherlands. In 2024, D2X became the first entity in the EU to receive a MIFID II MTF licence authorising it to list regulated crypto futures and options. With institutional demand for digital assets on the rise, our exchange fills a crucial gap by offering institutions a regulated trading platform open 7-days-a-week. Trading Operations at D2X

Trading Operations is a crucial department within D2X, accountable for orderly market functioning. You will support monitoring and responding to incidents, customer queries, participant integration processes, and other related projects. You will help in overseeing the full trading life cycle, from orders entering our systems to trade settlement, acting where it is necessary. You will collaborate with Compliance and Developers to achieve a common goal of maintaining smooth and orderly operations. Our participants are top trading firms and brokers who would expect exceptional service.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and supporting our mission-critical production systems and processes
Helping in responding to incidents and coordinating their resolution
Assist participants in all trading-related and functional inquiries
Support to technical integrations and related projects
Collaborate to develop and maintain strong relationships with exchange participants and vendors
Contribute to driving process improvements and workflow efficiency to optimize our operations and enhance the participant experience
Create and maintain clear and concise documentation to support our internal and external stakeholders

Recent graduate or final year for a university degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
Interest in the financial industry and enthusiastic about digital assets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Available for 40 hours/week
