Cyberalytics Limited, a leading player in the field of innovative technology and cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dissemination and Exploitation Manager to join our dynamic team. Applicants role should be to oversee and execute strategic outreach, engagement, and impact activities for EU-funded projects. The role involves developing and implementing dissemination and communication plans, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project results are effectively exploited in line with European Commission (EC) guidelines.

Responsibilities

Dissemination & Communication:

Develop and implement dissemination and communication strategies in compliance with the EC’s requirements.
Manage project branding, visibility, and communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, press releases, etc.).
Organize events, workshops, and webinars to promote project outcomes.
Create engaging content, including reports, brochures, and infographics, to target different audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and engage key stakeholders, including industry, academia, policymakers, and the general public.
Establish collaborations with relevant initiatives, projects, and networks to maximize impact.
Manage project communities and advisory boards where applicable.

Exploitation & Impact Maximization:

Develop exploitation plans ensuring project results lead to tangible benefits.
Support partners in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) management and technology transfer.
Conduct market analysis and facilitate pathways for commercial uptake or policy influence.
Liaise with business, innovation, and policy stakeholders to maximize sustainability and legacy of project results.

Project Management & Reporting:

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics.
Prepare periodic reports and contribute to deliverables required by the EC.
Ensure compliance with Horizon Europe/H2020 dissemination and exploitation obligations.

A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, European Studies, or a related field.
Experience in dissemination, communication, and exploitation activities in EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, etc.).
Knowledge of EC frameworks, open science, data management, and intellectual property regulations.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Experience with digital tools (website CMS, social media platforms, analytics tools, etc.).
Fluency in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international consortia.

Desirable Skills:

Background in science communication, technology transfer, or innovation management.
Experience in proposal writing for EU projects.
Knowledge of sustainability strategies and business development.
