Responsibilities

Manage and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the team.
Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for team meetings.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate seamless operations.
Perform data entry and maintain accuracy in project tracking.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with the industrial machinery industry is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
