Overview: Self driven project professional with focus on client experience, project impact and learning to create specialized skills. An individual contributor viewed as an industry specialist inMEP. Accountable for PM deliverables leading project activities across tasks related to all phases of project management, including design, construction, permitting, occupancy, quality control, staffing, scheduling, closeout, and budget management. Collaborating with senior company/project leadership to understand the full scope of services provided to the client, clearly identifying the cascading impacts of each task and client experience opportunities.

Location & Requirement: Full time, 5 days a week onsite with client in Souther Connecticut

Responsibilities:

Project Understanding: Full understanding of all aspects of the project beyond personal responsibilities, elevating person skills additional to SOPs, understanding best practices and supporting the spirit of continuous improvement. Ability to role model for
junior team members•Client Communication Strategy: Understand the client communication strategy and make recommendations from audience members to messengers, delivery points and appropriate mediums. Understand tools to ensure all team members stay on target and provide necessary updates for a strong client experience. Execute on personal focus areas leaning in to influence others for overall client experience.•Documentation Support: Ensure project documentation has an owner and includes schedules and milestones, clearly identifying roles, responsibilities, and key deliverables across the team. Ensure all actives are assigned owners, due dates and clear expectations on the deliverable. Seeking input from senior project leadership to ensure tools are enabling overall goals.•Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Review data of overall project progress cyclically
relative to goals, requirements, schedules, and budgets for both client and CSL leadership stakeholders. Analyze against KPIs, Identify trends, root causes and possible recommendations. •Contract Management: Understand contract terms and requirement, as well as contracts with key partnerships to drive efficiencies and compliance•Financial Acumen: Executing on key finance tasks•Meeting Facilitation: Actively participate in and/or host meetings. Role Model and emulate
patterns and approaches of effective meeting facilitators to appropriate influence and inform depending on internal or client focused meetings. Witness audience reactions to help shape your facilitation approaches. Identify portions of meetings to own to master facilitation preparation, delivery and follow through. Identify how to compliment co facilitators•Stakeholder Interaction: Identify client stakeholders and confirm with project leadership where you will be shadowing and driving the different integration points. Focusing on purpose of interaction, objectives, actions, deliverables and post follow up. Balancing the information with engagement and relationship skills. Ensure you interact with all associated project participants, including user groups, executives, designers, contractors, and vendors for a well-balanced experience.•Project Documentation: Leverage
meeting minutes and correspondence, and support the follow-up of action items to ensure completion

Requirements

Experiences:

•Proficient PM skills with strong MEP, typically 7+ years of experience•Strong skills in construction project management especially MEP•Expert with metrics, both calculations and analysis to support budget management and financial processes.
