We're built on a modern and developer friendly tech stack (all three founders have a technical background and write code daily). Our frontend is in Typescript/NextJS. Our backend server is in Go and our backend AI stack is in Python and built on top of a custom agentic framework (we used to build production AI agents). We deploy on Vercel and Kubernetes. We also have an Electron desktop application.

Job description:

_This role starts ASAP and is not intended for Summer 2026._ As the an intern on our Growth team, you will work directly with the CEO and founding growth team to build CreativeMode’s growth engine. **Apply to this role only if you understand how to use virality to your advantage. The best applications should include a small portfolio or a story.** We’re looking for a “Swiss-army knife” to help us ideate, experiment, and execute on various growth channels and use a combination of intuition and metrics to find the highest leverage and exploitable channels. The channels we focus on are Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Community/PLG. Ideally you have a passion for gaming and can directly work with the community. ### As the founding member of our Growth team, you’re joining CreativeMode at a pivotal moment. We’ve found our spark. Our community loves CreativeMode, they’re building with it, and the momentum is real. Now we need someone to turn that spark into the engine that takes us to millions of users. Requirements and Skills: * **Full-Stack Growth Expertise** - Proven ability to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, partnerships, content marketing, social media, community engagement, and product-led growth. * **Experimentation Mindset** - Comfortable defining hypotheses, running experiments, and rapidly iterating based on data and feedback. * **Bias for Action** - Takes ownership and moves fast without sacrificing quality * **Startup Mindset** - We’re building a category-defining product from the ground up. That isn’t easy and it isn’t for everyone. You need to be willing to work on hard, unsolved problems and put in the hours. You’ll be rewarded with massive upside and hard-earned experience. * **In-person in SF** - We have a beautiful office in Chinatown that we share with several other YC/MIT startups.
