Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner via live chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Document customer interactions and update customer records
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in live chat support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating through multiple systems
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends
