About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, focused on launching/supporting successful dApp programs, product launches and other marketing programs. This role requires you to work with cross-functional teams such as BD, Tech and Research, community, and DevRel. Your expertise in managing marketing and launch projects, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will play a crucial role in our mission to shape the future of finance.

What You'll Do

Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and dApp launch programs, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and community management.
Drive project timelines, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing initiatives and product launches, aligning with Core Foundation's goals and vision.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

About You

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or product launch context.
Strong understanding of project management principles and experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust at all levels.
Monday.com knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
