Ø To provide quotes to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all quotes are sent with the correct and accurate information requested by the customer, including any supporting information

Ø As part of a team, monitor the estimating shared email box and respond to enquiries and requests promptly

Ø Following guidance and in accordance with procedure provide appropriate prices when quoting which win work and make profit for CTS.

Ø Ensure that estimating activity is performed efficiently and to the relevant legal, statutory and customer's requirements, without loss in quality or standards.

Ø Manage the process of annual updating regional rates to reflect pricing changes, as well as amendments to specific customer termed rates which need to be reflected in Netsuite

Ø Work with relevant subcontractors (both within the Group and outside it) to ensure we have access to agreed rates for work CTS subcontract on a regular basis

Ø Ensure all quotes are populated and updated on our CRM system

Ø Manage and record key commercial metrics associated with estimating and quotations including (but not limited to) win rate, reasons for quotes being declined.

Ø Ensure the confidentiality of all customer information obtained or created during the performance of estimating customer quotations.
