Job Description:

Achieve cycle time expectations for each duty below:
Daily data quality reports
Request Certificates of Insurance (for clinicians onboarding at accounts where client provides the malpractice insurance coverage)
Credentials expiration monitoring activity to include medical License, DEA, and Board Certification.
Perform data entry of updated credentials data into Clinician’s database record.
Advise Manager of Clinician non-responsiveness as well as questionable information received, and any issues identified during the renewals.
Create and configure Docusign templates utilized by Medical Staff Services team members.
Map the required fields so relevant Salesforce data fields appropriately reflect on the configured templates.
Make timely and appropriate changes to DocuSign templates using data quality reports.
Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
Uphold system integrity
Promote and enforce data integrity.
Maintain accurate database information and perform data quality cleanup activities, as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and serve as a key contact for Clinician credentials inquiries.
Communicate frequently with internal and external customers.
Provide consistent and thorough updates to Clinician, Staffing Operation’s team members, and Client contacts.

Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking in solving issues/concerns.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of the hospital credentialing process and physician scheduling process

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Outlook)

EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient computer skills, experience in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force, Docusign, and Conga Action Grid
