About the Role

As a Field Insurance Agent, you operate as an independent contractor, giving you full control over when and how you work. You will meet with clients in the field, build relationships in your community, and guide individuals and families through important insurance decisions. You set your schedule, you manage your activity, and you directly influence your income based on your performance.

What you will do as a Field Agent

Meet with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate policies
Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist clients with applications and underwriting requirements
Deliver policies and provide ongoing support and follow-up
Maintain accurate client records and communication
Work independently and manage your own schedule and workload
