Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one counseling sessions with students and families
Assist students with the college search and selection process
Guide students in developing a strong college application portfolio
Conduct workshops on college admissions strategies and essay writing
Stay informed on college admission trends and changes in policies
Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities
Support students in preparing for interviews and presenting themselves professionally

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field
Proven experience in college admissions or academic advising
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of college admissions processes and requirements
Experience with public speaking and presenting to groups
Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals

$40-70 hourly DOE and caseload size
