Responsibilities

Manage executive schedules and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff/clients
Maintain an organized filing system and oversee office supplies
Assist in project management and tracking deadlines
Prepare and analyze data for presentations and meetings

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
