As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with the product and development teams to develop customer-eccentric software products from concept to production. This is a fast-paced environment providing a high-quality SaaS solution for our clients. C. L. Jack Stelly & Associates is looking for a manual tester who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment that values quality and speed, with a strong desire to drive change as we continue to improve our processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test planning, manual testing, defect logging and verification

• Work collaboratively as part of the development team, product managers, and manual testers to define and execute tests to identify bugs and clearly define variations in results while testing

• Update user’s guides and test case documentation

• Work as a project team member to jointly deliver high quality business solutions consistent with project objectives and constraints

• Defect investigation and confirmation

• Support maintenance and releases by conducting smoke tests

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing processes.

• Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks,Java,Selenium

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Experience with performance testing and familiarity with related tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
