Responsibilities

Greet and assist students, faculty, and visitors at the front desk in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Maintain an organized and efficient reception area, ensuring all materials and informational brochures are up-to-date.
Schedule appointments and handle correspondence for administrative staff as needed.
Assist with the coordination of campus events and activities as directed by management.
Monitor and manage visitor access, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical records.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
