Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and grow our online community
Create and curate engaging and shareable content for our social media platforms
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms
Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage and update social media calendars

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
