Responsibilities

Ensure all policy data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
Enter information about a new insurance policy into the database, such as the policy's coverage options, payment amounts, and customer details.
Before entering data, ensure that all policy documents are complete and accurate.
Maintain and organize electronic records of all policies.
Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to ensure data consistency.
Stay updated with software changes and upgrades to enhance data entry efficiency.
Provide training and support to new team members.

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to identify and correct errors in a timely manner.
