Responsibilities

Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from clients seeking mental health support.
Provide accurate information regarding The Haven's services and offerings.
Empathize with clients to create a supportive and understanding environment during chat interactions.
Assist clients in navigating our platform and accessing the resources available to them.
Document chat interactions and maintain accurate records of client communications for follow-up purposes.
Collaborate with mental health professionals to refer clients to appropriate services when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while interacting with clients.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology or mental health-related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the mental health care industry.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations or when dealing with distressed clients.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
