What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing commercial roofing opportunities, including repairs, maintenance programs, and reroofing projects.

Success in this role means:

Building a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and relationship development
Becoming a trusted advisor to commercial property owners and facility managers
Conducting roof assessments and identifying solutions that help customers protect their assets
Presenting proposals and closing opportunities that create value for both the customer and the company
Partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience with a passion for developing business and building relationships
Commercial roofing experience preferred, but industry professionals looking to transition into sales are encouraged to apply
